Tubular crimson blooms, adorning your garden until autumn
Flowering from mid-summer until mid-autumn, Penstemon Polaris ‘Red’ features racemens of tubular, crimson red blooms, which are offset beautifully by their white throats. The tall stalk and branching foliage of this perennial will add structure to a border, whilst its compact habit makes it perfect for a smaller garden. Often a gardener’s favourite, Penstemons have a good tolerance to drought, and are hence known to flower through the driest of summers.
